Lauren O’Neill
Founder and Owner of Scout Interiors, Lauren cultivated a passion for creating inventive and functional interiors while earning a multi-disciplinary degree at New York University. Lauren loves pushing the line between design forward thinking and comfortable functionality. She believes the collaboration between clients, coworkers and custom fabricators brings life and soul to each project. By staying up to date on sustainability and new design trends, she constantly brings a unique perspective to the Denver design scene. Lauren lives in Denver where she appreciates her non-stop crazy life with her two boys, husband and English Setter, Dutch.

Morghan Miller
As an artist, creating space has always been in Morghan’s blood, no matter the medium. Morghan’s mission is to create interiors which inspire those who dwell in them. Working as an Interior Designer since 2017, Morghan got her start working for Chandler Prewitt Designs in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Her background in Project Management and Textile Production lends itself to her unique blend of creativity and highly refined organization. Morghan lives in West Highlands with her husband, son, and brood of four legged friends.

INTERIOR DESIGNERTessa Bombard
Tessa is a Colorado-born interior designer with a background in commercial and hospitality design, with experience spanning boutique properties to luxury brands. She spent several years living and working in Los Angeles and San Francisco before returning to the Front Range, where she’s now based in the Boulder area. She approaches design with an eye for detail and a love of spaces that feel both elevated and easy. Outside of work, she’s often playing with her sewing machine, making a key lime pie, or adventuring with family.
INTERIOR DESIGNER + MARKETING STRATEGISTSivan Fernandez
New to the world of interior design, but no stranger obsessing over it, Sivan brings 15+ years of marketing, communications, and operations experience to Scout. A recent graduate of Heritage School of Interior Design, she is focused on creating lived-in spaces that thoughtfully balance form and function. Antique finds fill her home, fueling her love for curating layered interiors that blend old and new. Sivan lives in Sunnyside with her fiance and dog Fitz. You can find her on her roof deck sipping wine, scouring vintage furniture sites, and flipping through this month’s Harper's Bazar.
